A modern approach to classic cuisine

Miguel has recently returned to London from the Marshal Islands, where he not only cooked for the guests, but also for the owners, their friends and family. Using local ingredients wherever possible, he prepared lobster, Japanese, Chinese, and Mediterranean dishes for the gentleman while satisfying the plant-based and seafood cravings of the lady. He has spent time in Switzerland, Tuscany and France, creating mouth watering works of art for his VIP clients.
